Preferred Skills/Experience
- University degree or Computer diploma in computers or business.
- 2+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Duties
- Areas of responsibility include:
- System Implementation & Adoption, Optimization and Training projects, based around the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Custom Cloud.
- Ongoing interaction with current clients, through training, support and planning. Keeping up to date with new features and applications for salesforce.com, and relaying this to your clients and prospects.
